Organization
Our main office is based in Kuala Belait, Brunei, with 30 staff running the operations. 
Our office hours are: Monday to Saturday: 7:30 am to 12 noon, 1:00 pm to 5 pm
Storage and Logistics capacity
In our warehouse, we have storage capacity of: 3,920.00 cubic meters for frozen food
1,040.00 cubic meters for chilled food
500.00 cubic meters for ambient food
For deliveries, we have 5 refrigerated trucks and 1 covered truck.
Orders, Deliveries and service level
Orders can be placed via phone, fax or through our sales men, who will visit customers on a weekly basis. Deliveries are done daily, using refrigerated vans, and we promise (our service level) same day deliveries to Tutong, Brunei/Muara Districts for orders received before 9 am of the day, (maximum volume of one pallet). For larger volume orders, we would require orders placed at least one day before.
